Effective 27 June 2026 — Federal Republic of Nigeria
By accessing or using the Zaplynk platform, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zaplynk AI Technologies.
Zaplynk provides an AI-powered Virtual Top-Up (VTU) platform enabling users to purchase airtime (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile), mobile data bundles, cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes, Showmax), electricity bill payments (all Nigerian DISCOs), betting wallet top-ups, and exam result checker PINs (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, JAMB). Zaplynk acts as a reseller and intermediary — we do not own or operate the underlying utility networks or service providers.
To use Zaplynk Services you must meet all of the following requirements:
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not create an account or use our Services.
4.1 Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
4.2 Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and your 4-digit transaction PIN. You must not share them with any other person under any circumstances. You agree to notify us immediately at support@contact.zaplynk.app if you become aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account.
4.3 KYC Verification
We may require identity verification to access higher transaction limits in accordance with Nigerian financial regulations. The following tier structure applies:
5.1 Digital Wallet
Your Zaplynk wallet balance is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest, and is not covered by any deposit insurance scheme. Wallet funds are used exclusively for purchasing Services on the Zaplynk platform.
5.2 Funding
You may fund your wallet via bank transfer to your Dedicated Virtual Account (DVA) — a unique Nigerian bank account number assigned to your Zaplynk account, powered by our licensed payment processing partner. Transfers are typically credited within seconds to a few minutes, depending on your sending bank and network conditions.
5.3 Limitations
Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn to a bank account at this time. Funds are non-transferable between Zaplynk accounts and do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing.
5.4 Refunds
If a transaction fails after your wallet has been debited, the amount will be automatically reversed to your wallet within 24 hours. If a reversal does not occur within this period, please contact us at support@contact.zaplynk.app and our team will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
6.1 Finality
Successfully delivered transactions are final and non-refundable. Once airtime is credited, data is activated, a cable TV subscription is processed, or an electricity token is generated, the transaction cannot be reversed. Please verify all recipient details carefully before confirming any transaction.
6.2 Verification
Your 4-digit transaction PIN is required before any transaction executes. By entering your PIN, you expressly authorise the deduction of the specified amount from your wallet and the execution of the requested service. You are responsible for all transactions authorised using your PIN.
6.3 Failed Transactions
In the event of a failed transaction where your wallet has been debited, your balance will be restored within 24 hours. If the issue is not resolved within this period, contact our support team at support@contact.zaplynk.app and we will investigate and resolve it within 3 business days.
6.4 Records
An email and SMS receipt is sent to you after every successful purchase. You are responsible for maintaining your own transaction records for any applicable tax or accounting purposes.
Prices displayed on the platform are the final amounts you pay, inclusive of any applicable service fees. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, with updated pricing taking effect immediately upon display on the platform.
